AVAILABILITY
The policy is available only to current practising
Members of the Irish Health Culture Association practising
in Ireland or the United Kingdom.
COVER
Legal Liability to Third Parties for Personal Injury
or loss or damage to their property arising in connection
with the Business, including Liability for Accidental
Personal Injury resulting from Breach of Professional
Duty consequent on any neglect, error or omission in
providing advice or treatment in the course of the Business.
BUSINESS
Yoga, Ki Massage Therapy, Holistic Dietetics, Ki Exercise
Therapy, Physical Culture, Reflexology, Aromatherapy,
Psychotherapy and other disciplines as referred to in
paragraph l (B) of the Associations Articles of Association.
INDEMNITY
The Limit of Indemnity is €1,300,000 for any
one event.
TERRITORIAL LIMITS
Cover applies whilst in Ireland or the United Kingdom
and automatically to temporary visits abroad, anywhere
in the world other than the USA/Canada.
Note: A visit or journey lasting more than
six months would not be considered temporary.
