Insurance Scheme managed by Coyle Hamilton Willis. It
was initially developed in response to approaches received
from some of our largest House Builder clients who expressed
dissatisfaction with their current arrangement. Lack
of competition, the absence of any protection to the
builders themselves and a marked reluctance to approve
alternative construction methods or materials were the
primary concerns.
Premier Guarantee is the
answer to these questions.

WHAT IS THE PREMIER GUARANTEE?
:
Full protection to the homeowner, in the event of
a serious structural problem arising, over a 10-year
period
Insurance company assumes liability on behalf of the
developer in accordance with policy conditions
Protection is extended to all parties with a financial
interest in the property and is assignable to future
owners
Structural defect cover for full costs of repair to
any one housing unit up to €200,000 and €2,000,000
in respect of apartment buildings – index linked
without additional cost
Ease and efficiency of claims processing
Insolvency cover of €1,000,000 per developer, subject
to a €100,000 limit per housing unit during the
course of construction
The developer can provide a proper guarantee to the
homeowner
